Level: Beginner-Friendly (All levels welcome)
Step into the rhythm of belly dance in this 5-week series designed to strengthen your foundation while deepening your connection to movement and music. Whether you're new to belly dance or returning for more, this series offers a supportive space to refine technique, improve movement quality, and explore musicality through guided drills and creative repetition.
Each class includes:
✨ Technique breakdowns (hips, chest, arms, undulations, and more)
✨ Flow drills to reinforce isolations
✨ Rhythm & musicality exercises
✨ A fresh mini choreography built week by week
You'll leave the series feeling more attuned to your body, more comfortable in your movement, and with a choreography you can take with you to continue practicing and personalizing.
