Monday Nights: Belly Dance Foundations — Embody the Rhythm
Time: Mondays | 7:45–8:45 PM

Level: Beginner-Friendly (All levels welcome)
Step into the rhythm of belly dance in this 5-week series designed to strengthen your foundation while deepening your connection to movement and music. Whether you're new to belly dance or returning for more, this series offers a supportive space to refine technique, improve movement quality, and explore musicality through guided drills and creative repetition.
Each class includes:

✨ Flow drills to reinforce isolations
✨ Rhythm & musicality exercises
✨ Mini combos to integrate whats taught week by week
You'll leave the series feeling more attuned to your body, more comfortable in your movement, and with a choreography you can take with you to continue practicing and personalizing.
Tuesday Nights: Belly Dance Flow Lab — Technique, Transitions & Expression
Time: Tuesdays | 5:15–6:15 PM
Location: FlipTease Pole Fitness Studio, Atascadero, CA
Level: Beginner-Friendly (No choreography)
This movement-focused class is perfect for dancers who want to slow things down, repeat key techniques, and gain confidence through repetition, transitions, and expression. Whether you're brand new or currently enrolled in the Monday Foundations class, Flow Lab is your space to deepen, reinforce, and explore.
Each class will include:
🌿 Focused drills to strengthen isolations
🌿 Layering and dynamic transitions
🌿 Flow phrases and improvisation prompts
🌿 Breath and rhythm integration
🌿 Tools for creating your own dance language
Unlike Mondays, this class has no choreography—just pure embodied practice and a chance to ground into the joy of movement. It’s perfect for those who want to build confidence, explore fluidity, and feel more connected to their body.
